We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Account Registration

To use Nevision, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nevision to:

  • Record sessions on websites without proper authorization or end-user consent where required by law.
  • Collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or health information) without appropriate safeguards.
  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Nevision platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to compete directly with Nevision or to build a similar product.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of Nevision, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and others) in your use of session recording.
  • Informing your end-users that session recording is in use on your website and obtaining any necessary consent.
  • Configuring appropriate data masking for sensitive form fields on your site.
  • Ensuring that your team members understand and comply with these terms.

Intellectual Property

Nevision and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of NEROOM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Nevision platform.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all session recordings, site data, and other content generated through your use of Nevision. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Nevision platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevision and NEROOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a grace period of 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nevision shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Nevision after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
